TEACHING GROUP FITNESS

When teaching group exercise classes, whether it's yoga, barre, boot camp or anything in between, my goal is always to have participants love their bodies throughout the process. I firmly believe that building a healthy lifestyle is about taking small but effective steps towards your goals. I love to create dynamic classes that challenge participants to push their limits, while also promoting self-reflection and love.
I currently teach yoga and barre and hold the following certifications:
